The KosovaPAR conference will take place from September 3–5, 2025, in Prishtina, Republic of Kosova. The venue will be the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Prishtina.

The theme for the 2025 conference is:
“Capacity in PA for or through AI?” The conference will explore how artificial intelligence can be integrated into public administration, the capacity needs for effective AI implementation, and how AI can help address capacity challenges.
Panel proposals must be submitted by April 30, 2025, via email to kosova.par@rks-gov.net. Proposals should align with the conference’s focus on AI in public administration.
