The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora is responsible for representing and promoting the interests of the Republic of Kosova abroad and strengthening ties with the diaspora.Its mission is to advance Kosova’s international standing, foster diplomatic relations, and support the Euro - Atlantic integration process with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency.

The vision of the Ministry is a fully integrated Republic of Kosova in the international community, based on the principles of democracy, the rule of law, and strong partnerships.Through diplomatic missions, consular services, and diaspora engagement programs, the Ministry works to ensure international recognition, economic cooperation, and the active contribution of the diaspora to Kosova’s development.Its activities are guided by the Strategic Plan for Foreign Policy and Diaspora Engagement and applicable legislation.
